Data Analyst

• Collect, interpret, and analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau;
• Develop automated reports, alerts, and subscriptions to ensure timely delivery of business insights;
• Research data, prepare analytical reports, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning;
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data quality and reporting accuracy;
• Partner with BI Development and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and optimize database objects;
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives, providing analytical expertise and data-driven recommendations;
• Handle sensitive and personal data in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Python;
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques;
• Experience building dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and visualizations;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations;
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders;
• Strong attention to data quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
