• Own and define the global courier fraud strategy across all Glovo markets, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement;
• Address key courier-related challenges at local, regional, and global levels;
• Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams;
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions;
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities;
• Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution;
• Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact;
• Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data-informed solutions that improve courier satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics, or another data-driven domain;
• 3+ Years of experience providing internal teams with data for decision-making and acting on those insights;
• Strong analytical and coding skills;
• Good SQL and Excel proficiency or extensive coding experience;
• Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI;
• Strong strategic vision and business mindset;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to break down complex problems into solutions;
• Ability to work in a high-growth, high-performance environment and handle ambiguity;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• English is a must;
