• Partner with teams across the business to understand challenges and turn them into clear problems and requirements;
• Analyse data, processes and systems to uncover insights, opportunities and risks;
• Shape solutions across people, process, technology and data;
• Create documentation, process maps, and analysis to support decision-making;
• Support or lead delivery across the full project lifecycle, from early concept through rollout;
• Work with project teams, engineers, subject matter experts and third-party partners;
• Contribute to testing activities and help resolve issues;
• Support change through training, communication and ongoing support;
• Track progress and manage risks and dependencies;
• Use tools such as Azure and Lucid Chart and systems such as Dynamics 365 and Kinaxis Maestro;
