Spotware Systems develops trading systems and liquidity solutions for FX and CFD markets, including trading platforms, order routing, monitoring, reporting, and compliance capabilities.

• Run discovery with stakeholders and write business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps for trading platforms and liquidity solutions;
• Maintain the requirements backlog and traceability from epics and stories to test cases, and support UAT and sign-off;
• Design KPIs and metrics for trading fraud detection, execution quality, compliance, and other features;
• Design throughput metrics based on system architecture;
• Design the optimal structure of system settings, considering hierarchies, profiling, scheduling, and automation;
• Clarify edge cases and perform gap analysis between current and target capabilities;
• Validate frontend deliverables against requirements;
• Create UI/UX requirements using wireframes and interaction flows;
• Participate in end-to-end testing;
• Train the Support team.

• 3+ Years of general experience with trading technologies: cTrader, PrimeXM, oneZero, MT4/MT5 platforms, and FIX 4.4/5.0 protocol;
• 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, fintech, or trading, with a track record of clear specifications and successful delivery;
• Knowledge of FX/CFD trading, including pricing models, order lifecycle, leverage mechanics, liquidity bridge features, mark-out reports, fraud and toxic flow detection, and client flow segmentation;
• Knowledge of internal, dealing, backoffice, regulatory, and audit reports, as well as auditability and reconciliation principles and methods;
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation;
• Good MS Excel skills, including Pivot tables and Power Pivot;
• Awareness of ESMA, CySEC, FCA, and GDPR regulations;
• Clear communication skills and the ability to structure and document findings;
• Project management discipline;
• Russian and English at B2+ level;
• Nice to have: BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Physics, Business Management, or Computer Science, great analytical and conceptual thinking, statistical techniques used in surveillance, Figma, prop trading conditions and reporting, antifraud methods, SQL, Python basics, REST/FIX APIs.
